Leasing & Applications

Do I need an appointment? Do you take walk-ins?

Our community is open during business hours. No appointments are required to tour the community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions.

Please note: Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

You can apply online through our website or visit our leasing office for assistance. All parties 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application and pay any and all applicable fees.

We require a completed application, valid photo ID, proof of income 2.5 the rent, and a background and credit check.

Yes, our application fee is $44 per applicant. This is non-refundable and covers the cost of screening.

The standard security deposit is $500, but this may vary based on credit and rental history. Additional deposits may apply for pets or other special circumstances.

$300, non-refundable. It covers the cost of processing your lease and preparing your move-in.

Rent & payments

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There’s a grace period through the 6th before late fees are assessed.

Rent can be paid online through our resident portal, by check, or through automatic withdrawal.

No — residents are responsible for all utilities. Utilities are billed at a flat rate. An additional $20 is added per occupant beyond the first. By floor plan:

Open 1: Water/Sewer $59 · Trash $45
1×1: Water/Sewer $69 · Trash $45
1×1 + Den: Water/Sewer $74 · Trash $45
2×2: Water/Sewer $89 · Trash $45

Lease terms

What lease lengths do you offer?

Flexible lease terms from 3 to 12 months. Contact the leasing office for current availability. Month-to-month is also available with a monthly premium.

We require 20-day written notice and a lease break fee equal to 2 times the rent. Additional details are in your lease agreement.

Community & amenities

Do you have parking available?

Yes — we offer assigned garage parking for $100/month, plus free assigned uncovered spots and on-street parking.

Every apartment includes its own in-home washer and dryer. No shared laundry room needed.

No — apartments are unfurnished. Kitchens are fully-equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.
